Position: Tech Lead/ Sr Manager - PMO (IT Infrastructure Implementation/ Transformation) (Leading MNC IT Company)Role:- Direct and manage a Large Program in the area of IT Infrastructure Implementation/Transformation within agreed scope, time, cost and quality by monitoring and reporting to the leadership stakeholders regarding status of financials, risks, issues and progress towards milestones- Define and shape the project/ program scope and influence and gain agreement of scope from key stakeholders, revise scope in case of any new information/ change in assumptions and manage the change control on the scope during project delivery- Work on preparation for submissions for funding approval and manage reporting of delivery against agreed costs, optimise cost/ benefit of resource mix, forecast and manage cost impacts of scope change, manage vendor costs and maximize operational efficiency- Ensure Project and Operational risks are managed, identify possible risks and their impacts, manage and lead the development of risk mitigation plans, report risk assessments and plans to key stakeholders- Identify, monitor, report and enable resolution of issues in the delivery of the program- People management- Ensure the required technical resources are available to deliver the program and develop and maintain a resource plan- Effective Stakeholder management- Manage vendors with respect to quality of outcomes and cost-effectivenessRequirements:- BE (Comp Sc)/ MBA- 10-16 yrs of experience in IT with extensive experience in Project Management/PMO- Demonstrated experience in leading and achieving results from complex, large and ambiguous programs of work- Ability to manage multiple steams of concurrent activities and/ or multiple projects- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders- Ability to understand the different business strategies and practices that exist within a large organization- Experience in using MSFT Project, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar systems- Experience in and knowledge of infrastructure delivery in Cloud Services (AWS / Azure), traditional Data Centers, and Networking- Experience in and knowledge on digital transformations and building a digital platform- PMI accreditation or appropriate formal training in Project Management is a plus- Capacity to manage high-stress situations- Attention to detail- Conflict resolution skills- Excellent written and spoken EnglishLocation: PuneThis position is for a Client of Vertex Corporate Services which is a Leading MNC IT Company,
