WMA QA TEMS Global team is responsible for management and support of all WMA QA Test Environment across various platforms. You will play an important role in performing incident & patch management activities, minimum 12+ years of experience in Test environment & release management excellent troubleshooting skills prior experience in batch set-up, monitoring and troubleshooting on enterprise level good application server and configuration (WAS/WebLogic/Tomcat) knowledge good understanding of different environment stack lower and production hands on experience of Unix scripting, database, Cloudera manager, Dev ops tools and practices experience of batch monitoring using autosys, Control-M experience in daily health checkouts, environment Monitoring (AppD, Configure alerts and policies for proactive monitoring, Database Health Monitoring ) manage relationships with development and business stakeholders engage proactively with QA Manager regarding for various patching activities understand and respond appropriately to internal and external client needs Coordinating various Infrastructure Events like server patching, network upgrades etc. that impacts QA environment for application checkouts and coordinate QA sign off for Production deployments. coordinating with various Infra teams for Server Certificate management daily & Weekly Status Reporting (Health Checks, Environment Downtime)
