The Role AspenTech is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to work as part of the team to accomplish the goal and objectives in Customer Success organization. This role will be required to provide technical support to AspenTech customers for the aspenONE Manufacturing Execution Systems, AIoT Solutions and related technologies. The ideal candidate should be an innovative thinker, demonstrate high initiative and have great communication skills to work to the highest ethical standards. The incumbent will work with our customer base to help resolve technical problems related to AspenTech s MES , AIoT software and provide consultation on products such as Aspen InfoPlus-21 and Aspen AORA and Oil Movement Solutions.
Your Impact
1. Technical support
Work with customers on technical issues received via phone call, web chat and e-mail. Complete research and provide solutions to customers within defined period.
Achieve Support Operational Target and Business KPI like SLO Customer satisfaction on quarterly and annual basis.
Communicate effectively and efficiently to customers and internal staffs.
Create the product solutions and Knowledge base articles for customer access via Support web site.
Participate with Product Beta testing and help to improve the product quality.
2. Trainings Delivery
Deliver the product trainings at the office and customer site in Worldwide to meet the demand from customer.
Knowledge transfer for internal staff.
3. Sales support
Provide necessary Sales Support by Demonstrating Product functions, Demo and presentation.
What Youll Need
Minimum BS B Tech BE in Computer IT Engineering. Master Degree or higher qualification is an advantage.
Excellent communication in English language, customer relationships and troubleshooting skills are essential.
Minimum working experience of 3 years with Knowledge and working of Process Historians like Aspen Infoplus-21 or other Historians will be required.
Knowledge about SQL Scripting , Database Administration , exposure to MES and related technologies will be added advantage.
Experience in teaching or training delivery is an added advantage.
No restrictions to travel on business trip and the work place is Pune-India.
