Role - Technical Lead/Senior Technical Lead/Technical Manager Mandatory Skills:
• Should have 10 + yrs of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Sound hands on experience in Microservices.
• Solid knowledge of high-scale, multi-tenant Web service development, including REST/JSON and Micro Service patterns.
• Hands-on Coding experience in Java (OOPS concept), SpringBoot, Full-Stack (Angular/AngularJS/React/JavaScript) experience
• Sound hands on experience in AWS Cloud.
• Significant experience with App/Web Server (such as WebLogic, JBOSS, WebSphere/ WAS/OHS/IHS).
• Experience with SQL server 2012/2016, SQL, PL/SQL, Postgres, Mongo dB, etc
• Knowledge and experience in enterprise-scale multi-tier, distributed architecture.
• Experienced with working in DevOps environment you build it, you run it .
• Performed product analysis and development tasks of increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis.
• Deploy realized solutions to appropriate environments using CI/CD process
• Provide technical direction to the development teams including hands-on development of POCs where appropriate
Role Technical Architect A passionate technologist who loves to push boundaries, cares for and takes pride in her art, and looks to spread this enthusiasm around. Standard definitions and abbreviations dont entice us much. Though we are looking for specific experiences like below as they fit something we already do, do allow us to tell you that we value overall skills and a drive to learn more, even if your experiences do not match the list below a lot. JVM experiences will be pretty key though.Mostly functional languages or styles (Java, Scala, Clojure, Haskell etc., Java being the primary language others are optional but desirable)Experiences with various frameworks/libraries/applications (examples below). Not because they are the best or most used. But because they probably help widen perspectives. And help pick better ones when needed (because you ve seen more.) Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate Play. Spray. Slick. Akka - Actors and Streams. Slick. Netty Vert.x Reactive Programming(Expert on Spring/Spring boot/Hibernate, knowledge on akka play etc is desirable)TDD. Or even test-later. As long as you are keen on proving what s been delivered is what was asked for. And appreciate that automation saves time and efforts on mundane repetitive everyday work.In-depth insights - or an ability to reason well - about how things work. Be it plain ol HTTP, or how reactive libraries work.Databases. Relational. NoSQL. Graph databases.You know what good CI/CD are for.You are passionate about your developer experience and efficiency, which means tooling, IDEs and editor choices frequently lead you into intense (but respectful) debates with people around. And of course, you are not stuck and are willing to change opinions when someone has a better idea.You understand and dig distributed architectures, and know why microservices make sense. But of course, you also do not convert every function call into a microservice and draw pragmatic boundaries.Last, but not the least, you take pride in your work. So, your code is a reflection of you. Clean, understandable, SOLID (that s a pun) code are important to you. Refactoring to improve code is your second nature.
