ITIL Certification/knowledge (Incident/Change/Problem Management) Working knowledge of Storage Administrations (2+ Years) Should have strong Storage expert with NAS and SAN skills Hands on experience NetApp cDOT skills Advance Debugging/Troubleshooting skills in Storage. Should know how to debug/troubleshoot performance issues Hands on experience on ONTAP upgradation, storage expansion and configuration. Good communication skills to handle client /internal calls Commvault Backup / Networking knowledge Scripting skills A good technical and operational understanding of the administrator kind of role with working knowledge of high/medium/low severity level 3 ticket handling. By the completion of Process training, FTEs are expected to be or have: Trained on systems and tools, including: iTAM Trained on incident Management; Change/Problem/PKE (Problem Known Error) management Common Cause Incident Analysis (CCIA); Closed Incident Docket Analysis (CIDA).
