Job Description

  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical & competency-based requirements of the role and determine an optimal recruitment process
  • Design & Implement innovative recruitment & sourcing strategies that meet business needs and help create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Conduct resume and phone screenings to assess candidates compatibility
  • Build relationship with internal & external recruitment partners
  • Pull, analyze & manipulate data & gather market intelligence to ensure you make date-driven decisions & provide ongoing feedback to managers
  • Ensure positive candidate experience & hiring manager satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience as a technical recruiter
  • Expertise with hands-on full life-cycle recruiting with a proven track record of success filling challenging technical roles
  • Excellent sourcing skills, proficiency in Social Media recruiting platforms
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Highly energized and self-driven with great passion for recruitment
  • Self-motivated & assertive - ability to hunt down answers and drive solutions autonomously
  • Strong relationship-building & team collaboration skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
