You will be responsible for ensuring BPaaS system and services are running as expected for CDO Managers, Portfolio Managers of Virtus Clients & Virtus Client Support Staff.You will need to understand and support the complex system of Integrated Virtus & third-Party Applications such as DUCO, Laserfiche, VPM, Mantra and Broadridge.You will be required to fully understand and maintain our JAMS Enterprise Job Scheduler. Troubleshoot the reasons for failures-exceptions, take corrective actions, or Escalate to L2 teams in a timely manner.You will monitor the System health checks regularly. You are required to look at the application logs and traces, system logs and traces. Your support activities will include User provisioning, Licensing Assignments, handling Report Generation Requests. You will be responsible for executing the planned deployment changes around application, and database configurations.You will be expected to build good understanding of Application s Business Workflow. You will ensure that all moving parts of integrated system are functioning and results in intended output in a time bound manner.You will interact with L2 Support, Development and Operational Teams on daily basis.You will work with team to manage the Support Backlog Items, priorities the work items and maintain the agreed SLAs.What you bring:Knowledge / Experience
