Our Hosted products business is the backbone to our technology framework in assuring all our core products service the needs of our customers, daily without any interruptions.FIS Virtus offers Operational and Technology Services to Liquid & Illiquid Buyers in the Credit Market.It offers broad range of Products & Services from Front Office, Middle Office to Back Office solutions for Primary & Secondary Market of Broadly Syndicated Loans (BSL).What you will be doingYou will play a role of L1 Support Engineer in our Technical Support Team. You will be responsible for ensuring BPaaS system and services are running as expected for CDO Managers, Portfolio Managers of Virtus Clients & Virtus Client Support Staff.You will need to understand and support the complex system of Integrated Virtus & third-Party Applications such as DUCO, Laserfiche, VPM, Mantra and Broadridge.You will be required to fully understand and maintain our JAMS Enterprise Job Scheduler. Troubleshoot the reasons for failures-exceptions, take corrective actions, or Escalate to L2 teams in a timely manner.You will monitor the System health checks regularly. You are required to look at the application logs and traces, system logs and traces. Your support activities will include User provisioning, Licensing Assignments, handling Report Generation Requests. You will be responsible for executing the planned deployment changes around application, and database configurations.You will be expected to build good understanding of Application s Business Workflow. You will ensure that all moving parts of integrated system are functioning and results in intended output in a time bound manner.You will interact with L2 Support, Development and Operational Teams on daily basis.You will work with team to manage the Support Backlog Items, priorities the work items and maintain the agreed SLAs.What you bring:Knowledge / Experience

• Must have 5-7 Years of Overall Experience of Technical Support Staff
• Must have at least 1 years of experience of Supporting ENTERPRISE JOB SCHEDULING systems such as JAMSor similar systems
• At least 2 Years of Support experience on Complex integrated systems preferably in Capital Market domain
• At least 1 year of Programming experience in C#.Net or similar
• Must be familiar with SQL Server Database administration & Performance monitoring
• Must be familiar with some FTP Tools , Network protocols and related concepts
• Should be hands with PowerShell scripting or Windows Batch Scripting
• Nice to have understand of Fund Administration, BSL Loans, CDO & CLO and Credit instruments & Related Services
• Willing to work in Second Shift

Skills

• C#.Net Programming and PowerShell Script
• Transact-SQL (T-SQL)
• Good Problem-solving and Troubleshooting skills
• Exposure to Enterprise JOBS scheduling tools
• Hands on knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio and T-SQL Syntax
• Clear conceptual understanding of application flow, synchronizing mechanisms , DB deadlocks, Application Configurations
• Nice to have Exposure to DevOps practices

QualificationsBachelor s degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experienceCompetencies

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communicator ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
• Attention to detail track record of authoring high quality documentation
• Organized approach manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
• Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
