Provide onsite/ offsite technical support/ training and guidance to System Integrators/ end users of the applications. Execute and manage the implementation of business application ensuring deadlines are met and full end user training has been completed. Providing pre- sales designs support and corrugating on RFP s, working closely with consultants and end customers for Proof of Concepts. Incorporating training materials such as manuals, procedures, presentations, on- line training, and training programs to facilitate the implementation objectives. Technical Qualifications: BE/ B.Tech in Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunications CCNA preferred Knowledge of IT systems such as Networks, Switches and Fibre Optics. A good and thorough understanding of installation and support processes for: Windows Server OS 2003/ 2008 R2 Windows XP/ 7/ Linux Embedded OS Mac OS Clear understanding of NAS / DAS / iSCSI / SAN principals, architecture and fault finding Networking, particularly routing, routing tables, NAT and multiple IP Class applications Experience with SQL Server- Basic SQL setup should be good enough. Experience with Silverlight, IIS7.0, SSL Certificates, Root Certificates and web application fault finding. Experience with Virtual deployments would be an advantage. Minimum 2- 3 years experience in providing Tech Support or working in projects delivery especially CCTV systems Functional Requirements: In- depth Knowledge of IP Based CCTV Systems Basic Knowledge of Electronic Security Systems like Access Control, Fire Alarm, PIDS etc. Communicate business objectives and requirements to delivery teams via functional specifications. Designs and conducts post training evaluations and assessments to ensure that training objectives are being met. Act s as an interface between the customer s deployment team, System Integrator, and our development team and other stakeholders, throughout the Implementation lifecycle. Proactive and resourceful in supporting in preparations for scheduled activities. Testing of pre- live system and guidance to users throughout the project.,
