Job Description

Required Service Desk (Technical-Voice Hiring)Qualification: BCA/BTECH/MCA/BE- Computer ScienceExperience Required: 1-3 yearsSalary: 2.50-5 LPAAge Limit: 32yrsNotice: Immediate or 15 daysLocation: PUNEMust have Skills/Qualification:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Service Desk/ Tech support process / Cloud Computing Process
  • Excellent communication skills C1 equivalent proficiency
  • Response, diagnosis, resolution and tracking by phone, email, chat and social media of customer support queries.
  • Ready to work in shifts 24/7 - mandatory
  • Open to work from Pune, work from office is preferred.
Technical expertise:
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and types of cloud computing
  • Knowledge of Mail server settings IMAP , POP and SMTP
  • Knowledge of SPF (Sender Policy Framework) or SPF records /TXT records, MX records, CNAME
  • Experience in working on Active Directory
  • Experience of Internet Protocols LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol )
  • Experience if SSON (Single Sign On)
  • Experience of API (Application-Programming Interface)
