Job Description

  • The Project Manager will oversee, guide, track & manage the planning, implementation, and support of Delivery CTO group/cross globe projects with the R&D team in Pune.
  • The team delivers various cross-organizations developments of services, tools and methodologies, used throughout Deliverys projects.
  • Will work closely with other Project Managers, Architects and Developers.
  • Will manage a group of 7-10 Architects and Developers, working with cutting edge technologies.
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Total Experience: 10 to 15 years
  • Managerial Experience of at least 5 years
  • Proven expertise (past/current) with any of the programming languages: Java, C, C , Linux, Jenkins, SVN. Good to have: Python, DevOps, CI/CD
  • Responsible for all Project Management domains: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Change, Communication, Risk, Procurement and Integration
  • Delivers defined project outcomes on time, within budget and with a high level of quality
  • Responsible for the overall project communication plan and manages relationships with project stakeholders, DCC accounts and cross functions in a matrix manner
  • Leads and facilitates the project risk management process and is responsible for on-going status and progress reporting and account support
  • Familiar with the Delivery Infrastructure Tools, Methodologies and lifecycle
  • Develops the projects Scope of Work, and is accountable for building and maintaining an ongoing Project Management Plan
  • Aligns project with overall program policies, Delivery roadmap, constraints and plans. Prioritizes tasks and resolves issues/conflicts within multiple constrains of parallel projects
  • Oversees the projects closure, integrating all relevant components (e.g., lesson learned, KPIs)
  • Governs and resolves risks and issues that impact project delivery across different content disciplines (SW development, SW Testing, Infrastructure)
