  • Project Role Description :Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Project Role CIS Tester -Cust Service Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date Perform functional configuration for business requirement Perform the enhancement and changes
      • Technical Experience : 1: Adept in designing, configuration and deployment of the system as per the customer billing requirements 2: Hands on at Billing and Invoicing SPRO configuration 3: Should have good knowledge on all Billing and Invoicing processes like Meter to Cash Cycle, Billing exceptions and reversals, Joint Invoicing, Bill Printing etc 4: Advance Billing functions like Real Time Pricing and Budget Billing
      • Professional Attributes : Resource should have : 1: Good Communication Skill 2: Flexible to work 3: Ability to work under pressure 4: Good Analytical skill and presentation skill 5: Decision making ability
      • Educational Qualification : BE
