* Duties and Responsibilities - To create a world class Wallet App from for BFL and Group companies providing features like UPI, Wallet, Prepaid Card, Credit Card on the issuing and acquiring sides. To identify partners for Plug & Play tools by driving RFA & RFI issuance. Engaging and delivering technology builds with external players like NPCI, Banks, PSPs, Acquirers, Merchant Aggregators, etc. Customer engagement tools needs to be developed like App Cards, Offer Section, 2Click Credit & debit products Engaging with internal Technology, Customer Service and Merchant Operations team to ensure uptime of the app and its dependent systems. Creating project work streams with clear delivery dates and driving cross functional teams to deliver basis agreed dates. Keep oneself, management and the project team updated on latest regulatory norms on the payments industry and modify existing products to ensure compliance. , * MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 5-7years of experience. Minimum 2 years of running projects on Wallets, UPI and Prepaid Card issuance side. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills. Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
