* Duties and Responsibilities - Communication & Campaigns: Create Campaigns for Driving Traffic at Marketplace Design interventions to Improve efficiencies of Add to Cart PDP Views Approval Rates. Improve funnel Conversion Metrics Performance Monitoring: Manage Execution of campaigns for EMI carded & Prospect customers to meet business KPIs Engagement with Analytics and Product teams to drive campaign efficiency metrics Monitoring of campaigns on all ARU led Communication Channels Ensure performance reports are published to business SPOCS by resources on a regular basis Stakeholder Management: Liaising with Business Teams to build Campaign strategy for Marketplace across channels Liaise with Marketing Teams for optimum utilization of all channels Team Management: Plan for Upgrading & developing required Skill sets (People Skill) Mentoring 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Business escalations cause by technology glitch or difficulties Dependency on external partners & tech teams for day to day activities 5.
