Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - Communication & Campaigns: Create Campaigns for Driving Traffic at Marketplace Design interventions to Improve efficiencies of Add to Cart PDP Views Approval Rates. Improve funnel Conversion Metrics Performance Monitoring: Manage Execution of campaigns for EMI carded & Prospect customers to meet business KPIs Engagement with Analytics and Product teams to drive campaign efficiency metrics Monitoring of campaigns on all ARU led Communication Channels Ensure performance reports are published to business SPOCS by resources on a regular basis Stakeholder Management: Liaising with Business Teams to build Campaign strategy for Marketplace across channels Liaise with Marketing Teams for optimum utilization of all channels Team Management: Plan for Upgrading & developing required Skill sets (People Skill) Mentoring 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Business escalations cause by technology glitch or difficulties Dependency on external partners & tech teams for day to day activities 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Prioritization of work Trade Offs with external & internal stakeholders for getting campaigns & reports executed within timelines 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Coordinate with business or product spocs for campaign execution Coordinate with inter department spocs for tech & data support (IT) Coordinate with intra department spocs for data support & analysis (BIU) Performance updates & meeting with business or product spocs Support Customer service teams for resolution w.r.t escalations External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited Platform team 3rd Party campaign tech teams DIMENSIONS (Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job) Financial & Other Dimensions (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) Funnel management of Consumer Durables & Digital Products Finance Unit Volume of business generated per quarter Amount of business generated per quarter Performance Evaluation of Funnel Metrics , * a) Qualifications Post Graduation MBA, B.E/ B Tech b) Work Experience Total Experience: -3-4 years Relevant Experience: 1-2 years 1. Prior experience in E-Commerce, Digital marketing is preferred 2. Prior experience in Campaign management is an added advantage 3. Prior experience in stakeholder management is an added advantage 4. Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills 5. Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills 6. High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials 7. Leadership qualities are a must have
