* Duties and Responsibilities - WHY THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED Our footprint is growing manifolds and the points of interaction with the customer are multiplying. We need to ensure the brand is represented correctly and in a desired manner across these footprints. We are also building content creation automation processes to reduce cycle times. We need someone to spearhead this process. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONTENT CREATION (APP & WEB): Create consumer facing Mobile App & Website content for business process and transaction journeys Work closely with Marketing Capabilities & UI/UX teams and understand all the customer journeys & business capabilities; and create customer facing journey content Manage the content creation & upload (image/banner text video) across App & Web assets Devise & lead content capability creation & automation initiatives across platforms Identify opportunities for usage of content management tools Practise the organization content guidelines for creation of content Ensure timely & error free content execution & delivery Contribute ideas to refine workflow and processes CONTENT QC & PERFORMANCE CHECK: Ensure information across platforms is factually correct consistent and updated at all points Carry out key content changes across these platforms Ensure brand guidelines are followed across the content pieces Carry out content refreshment cycles at pre-defined intervals Track and analyze content metrics related to production reach traffic consumption and engagement Continuously track content performance (impact on business and RoI) Run content related tests and experiments CROSS FUNCTION LIASIONING: Liaison with various businesses and functions to carry out the content initiatives KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS Error free content creation New capabilities development Effective governance , * REQUIRED SKILLS A penchant for writing, editing and storytelling Mobile-first thinking Understanding of how content can drive business Hands-on experience working on large content marketing programs Ability to manage content at scale for multiple channels, devices, and formats especially copywriting, App content, mid-to long-form articles and short-length videos Exposure to using data and analysis to improve content performance APTITUDE Hard work, ownership, pro-activeness, willingness to stretch and agility Ability to manage change and ambiguity Quality orientation & eye for detail Structured, analytical thinking Multi-stakeholder management PAST EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION 2-3 years of content writing experience preferably in a high-growth, digitally active B2C organization (BFSI will be added advantage) Education in mass communication, journalism, media; MBA a plus
