Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - IT Alignment and Project implementations Identify the process gaps and improvement Review the IT changes required to improve the process. Prepare and review the BRD Discussion with IT and Business to implement the changes. Impact analysis for all the changes in system Prior working knowledge of SFDC system will be highly helpful. Will be responsible for managing new and existing initiatives related to Credit Cards. Fair understanding of system and matrix . Maintaining and publishing trackers on regular basis and ensuring timely deliveries Review the existing Automations Keep a daily and hourly track of all the existing automations that have been implemented. Identify the automations/ API / fuzzy logics that have failed and take corrective actions immediately Identify and make any changes in the automation if required Tracking of all logics of automation and exceptional handling. Process management Own and review the complete process E2E and identify any gaps. Be proactive in raising issues and identifying the root cause and solutions. Regular review with DBS and BFL IT and business. Alignment with DBS Will be responsible for managing all the post boarding alignment with DBS. It will require alignment with DBS for multiple processes like Embossing deliver dispatch RTO and RTO Curing. The resource needs to be prompt in identifying the issues and responding with Solution. The resource will require all 5 qualities Reviewing the BAU automated process identifying gaps identifying solutions co ordinating with IT to make the changes and monitor post changes. This role will also require very high level of co-ordination with BFL and DBS Business and IT and will need constant monitoring every day. , * Experience and Expertise Minimum 3 5 years of experience in financial industry Good interpersonal skills - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Detailed Process knowledge and Strong IT bent of mind Strong lending domain and process understanding Understanding of SFDC. Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
