(Accountabilities associated with the job) 1.) Walkthrough of end to end process of various business functions in line with regulatory requirement. 2.) Understanding and analysis of various RBI guidelines and circulars 3.) Identification and analysis of gaps in the processes from a regulatory perspective 4.) Performing a health check on the various system data points from a regulatory perspective 5.) Review of product SOP and Board policy in line with Regulatory Requirement. 6.) Assistance in the annual / periodic Regulatory inspection / data requirements 7.) Liasoning with the various business and function teams for rectification of process gaps 8.) Preparation and presentation of the findings and actionable to management 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Co-ordination with various stakeholders for understanding process and policies. Analysis of system functionalities / process in line with Regulatory Requirements Identification of gaps is systems and process Handling of Regulatory inspection related requirement. 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Identification of process / data gaps as per regulatory requirements. 6. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Thorough knowledge on regulatory requirements (RBI guidelines) Operating knowledge of ERP Understanding of financial statements of NBFC/ Banks MS Excel proficiency High analytical abilities Exceptional communicational skills Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary b) Work Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Financial Reporting / Regulatory reporting / Internal Audits of NBFCs/ banks.
