(Accountabilities associated with the job) 1.) Walkthrough of end to end process of various business functions in line with regulatory requirement. 2.) Understanding and analysis of various RBI guidelines and circulars 3.) Identification and analysis of gaps in the processes from a regulatory perspective 4.) Performing a health check on the various system data points from a regulatory perspective 5.) Review of product SOP and Board policy in line with Regulatory Requirement. 6.) Assistance in the annual / periodic Regulatory inspection / data requirements 7.) Liasoning with the various business and function teams for rectification of process gaps 8.) Preparation and presentation of the findings and actionable to management 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Co-ordination with various stakeholders for understanding process and policies. Analysis of system functionalities / process in line with Regulatory Requirements Identification of gaps is systems and process Handling of Regulatory inspection related requirement. 5.
