Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - DAC MIS- 1. Managing E&C trackers on- Cases closed under DAC Cases reported to DAC & recommended to close under compliance unit Cases reported to DAC & closed under unfounded/HRP counselling (Not under DAC) DAC inputs with HRP (For review/ international travel/IJP auto promotion) 2. DAC inputs sharing with internal HR functions. IJP/Auto promotion DAC Clearance on exit employees (F&F Hold) DAC recovery inputs Payroll (fortnightly salary/ advance salary/ PMS/ sanity check) DAC inputs with HR operation for rehire checks DAC inputs with talent acquisition team on rehire cases Monthly DAC inputs with HR central for MIS 3. Support to legal/RCU Sharing employee demographics details with legal on receipt of notices Data Analysis 1. Case categories & employee involved in case 2. Vintage of employee at the time of final action date 3. Band wise analysis on case categories 4. Business Group & department wise incidents 5. DAC stage wise time consumption on a DAC case (TAT) 6. E&C team member wise TAT stage wise 7. Location wise analysis on DAC cases * Major Challenges - 100% Manual Excel Process , * a) Qualifications Bachelor s Degree. Microsoft Certified Professional with expertise in Excel/PowerPoint/VBA Macros/SQL/ data visualization software. Candidate will be required to enroll for Power BI course and will need to use data visualization software applications for analysis and presentations. b) Work Experience 3+ Years of experience working with MNCs, NBFC/Bank(Excel/VBA and other applications)
