* Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. CONTENT CREATION AND MANAGEMENT - Manage the agencies to create high-quality multi-format content that helps customers make their finance-related decisions - Support the company s objectives to create product pages and support the company s text and video search objectives for new products - Interface with internal teams such as Search Marketing to prepare monthly content strategy - Regularly update oneself with the latest tools technologies and trends B. PROCESSES AND CONTENT PERFORMANCE - Contribute ideas to refine workflow and processes - Track and analyze content metrics related to production traffic consumption and engagement - Help in running content-related tests and experiments , * Required Qualifications and Experience: REQUIRED SKILLS - A penchant for writing, editing and storytelling - Understanding of how content drives business - Hands-on experience working on large content marketing programs - Ability to manage content at scale for multiple channels, devices, and formats especially mid- to long-form articles and short-length videos - Mobile-first thinking - Excellent agency management skills APTITUDE - Speed and agility - Quality orientation, eye for detail - Stakeholder management and indirect influence - Ability to manage change and ambiguity - Quality orientation, eye for detail - Bias for execution and outcomes PAST EXPERIENCE - 4 years of experience, preferably in a high-growth, digitally native company - Education in mass communication, journalism, media - Experience in writing for financial domain will be a big plus
