Business planning & execution Build cross sell as scalable & the lowest COA channel Deliver business through Homepage for assets & verticals for My Account Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers expectations & deliver business numbers for My Account % of business contribution Volume Funnel Metrices Lead the My Account strategy to drive upto X% business Drive business growth for Unsecured loans Cards & Payments Investment & Insurance and EMI Transactions through My Account 2. Data at the center of the plate - Be data-driven create hypotheses run experiments lead with data Identify efficiencies through data and improve customer journeys Ability to analyze research or performance data and apply that analysis to optimize merchandising strategy. Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics historical data and trends. Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer. Collaborate with data programs teams to implement high performing data led propensity programs specific for My Account to improve conversion rates 3. Capability Optimize for the present & build for future Ability to advise on strategies and product requirements to enhance merchandising capabilities on My Account. Create detailed User stories for the new horizontal capabilities & track the timelines for My Account Conduct the UAT based on the business test cases Monitor the performance of capabilities & enhancements done by the team for the assigned category 4. Merchandising & Remarketing Deliver ZERO error on My Account Implement & track Site KPIs to optimize conversions Deliver features & functionalities for horizontal categories Focus & deliver features conversion ratios Delivering objectives of assets & category on My Account Ability to work with partners to develop co-promotion or cross-promotion strategies and campaigns. , * CONTEXT The company is going through biggest digital transformation in its history, creating a platform that offers omni-channel experience to the customer, supported by our large distribution footprint of over 1 million partners.
