Desired Skills & Experience: o Minimum of 7-18 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects for SAP PP QM PM APO SPP And PLM.Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time o Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective o Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others PP Skill Set o SAP Implementation and Development experience o Need to developed various customized reports based on understanding of the requirements, analysing the functional specs and involved in the designing of customized programs and interfaces, user exits, badis, and customized function module etc. o Good Knowledge in integrating SAP with external system via IDoc, rfcs etc. o Have good experience to implement different SAP PP business processes like Make to Stock process, Make to Order process, Repetitive process, Production Sub-contracting process, Sales & Operation Planning process, Long Term Planning process, Material Planning process. o He should Worked with various interfaces (like MES, Team center,) for creation ECM BOM confirmation, goods issue, finished goods create, batch create & change, reclassification, reallocation between MES and ECC.o Single BOM o Have good integration experience of MM PM SD and CO Module o Introductory knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, Authorization and User Role Creation. o MRP and Demand Management. o Repetitive Manufacturing experience ( REM Make to Stock planning) o Variant Configuration o Product Costing with Variant configuration. o Production Order Management. o ABP debug Knowledge. QM: -- o Should have good knowledge on the SAP QM configuration part like In process inspection, Basic data like defining catalogs, inspection characteristics (MICs), sampling procedures, Inspection plan. o Quality Certificate o QM Plan and Sample procedure. o QM Notification. o He should Worked with various interfaces PM :- o PM Management of Technical Objects o PM Maintenance Processing o PM Preventive Maintenance. o Customization of SAP PM module by maintaining functional locations, equipment, equipment task list, PM order type, notification, serial number profile, mailing of maintenance requests, status profiles, Maintenance plan, maintenance strategy, issue & configured preventive, breakdown, refurbishment and calibration order parameters etc. o Good Experience to handle the third party interface with SAP.
