Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Lead visual design development As our visual designer your responsibilities will include areas of design such as typography iconography color space and texture. You will use your knowledge expertise and skills in all these fields to help our users successfully navigate and become comfortable with our products. Present the user-interface visually so that information is easy to read easy to understand and easy to find Prepare work by gathering information and materials Generate clear ideas concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent integrated brand perception and user-experience Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers product managers in order to create simple easy-to-use software Translate client business requirements user needs technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing easy to use and emotionally engaging Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards changes trends in visual design field Interpreting storyboards to tell visual stories that support learning Design and optimize Web that balance user needs business objectives and technological constraints Work directly with external design agencies to deliver pathbreaking designs Codify and evolve design principles Design for all devices and form factors Make the users digital experience useful usable and enjoyable Perform user research including personal interviews with users and stakeholders competitive analysis online surveys and focus groups to learn about users: their behavior goals motivations and needs Identify key user groups and create representative personas Represent the voice of the user and bring an outside-in perspective Continuously keep updated with the latest in the world of design UX UI and user behavior Visual reference wireframe creation complete usability testing rework and sign-off 2. User testing Testing the look and feel of the interface and its reception by the user Track user behavior and design performance and accordingly tweak the design approach Run experiments including A/B and multi-variate tests to evaluate and improve design performance 3. People Stakeholder and Agency Management Drive the team s motivation performance and development Interface with internal stakeholders understand and help achieve their business objectives through design Identify onboard and actively manage an external partner ecosystem of design agencies Track agencies work on an ongoing basis and use incentives and corrective measures to get the finest work out of them , * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 6-8 years as a Visual design lead in a high-growth digital environment Must have worked in a technology company in design unit Must have strong functional understanding of app and web technologies Post-graduation or an equivalent degree in Design from a Tier 1 Institution Relevant industry experience designing applications and experiences that balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints Proven delivery of world-class design projects for digital destinations that outperform rivals on design Experience Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale complex projects with multiple stakeholders with high attention to detail Strong leader having managed high-performance teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
