    • Project Role Description :Manage the physical components of a data center, such as floor space, air conditioning, power, installations. Manage vendors and vendor components. Typically manage 24/7 services, such as batch management and system event monitoring. Manage data center operators.

        • Key Responsibilities : a-Maintenance administration of AWS services Responsible b-Managing maintaining various AWS services like, Amazon Connect, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Lex, Transcribe, Comprehend c-Provide L1 / L2 support d-Vendor management for resolving major production issues e-Handling Incidents and Service requests f-Understand requirements from client and create design documents g-Handling escalations related to project deliverables h-Identify automation areas and implement the automations to optimize the team
        • Technical Experience : a-Product/Solution knowledge AWS Services Amazon Connect, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Transcribe, Comprehend etc b-Sound technical knowledge and hands-on AWS environment c-Implementation and ongoing management of the AWS Services d-Good knowledge on Python, JSON, xml, GoLang e-Management and troubleshooting of complex environment f-Hands-on experience and Good knowledge on any contact center environment g-Expertise on ITIL processes and project management
        • Professional Attributes : a-Experience in implementing and managing complex Contact center/AWS environments b-Good understanding of procedures,application,concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business d-Team handling e-Previous experience working with cross geography teams
        • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in engineering
