Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Understanding of requirements received from various verticals / businesses. 2. Identifying designing & recommending destinations / properties /venue / event flow as per budgets & business requirement. 3. Logistic planning & mapping of events / trips being executed in the Local & domestic space. 4. Roll out of RFQ s to shortlisted partners. 5. Preparation of comparison dashboard on the commercials received validating & sharing concurrence outcome on the quotes compiled & share with respective business vertical. 6. Designing of event & flow including itinerary as required by internal businesses. 7. Negotiations with hotels/ travel partner / event management partners. 8. Roll out of confirmation/ work order to the respected partner with all terms & conditions of awarding the group business. 9. Business confirmation / awarding of events / trips to partner at the best possible lowest rate with maximum benefits. 10. Developing relationship with present vendors from the hospitality & travel trade industry including the event management space for understanding & updating self on the latest trends destinations & properties launched in the domestic & international space. 11. Managing supervision & execution of local & domestic (events end to end). 12. Ensuring all required approval s including deviations (if any) are recorded prior to awarding any trip / event externally to vendor partner. 13. MIS preparation & maintaining of records on no. of trips pax costs & savings over budgets. 14. Process oriented & improvising. 15. Periodical vendor reviewing. 16. Ensuring Feedbacks are taken after every domestic / international event & actioned accordingly basis the outcome of the feedback report. 17. Travel with large groups as & when required for assisting ono ground during the event. 18. Timely renewals of service contracts/ agreements with enrolled partners. 19. Scrutinizing & processing of Performa Invoices & final invoice & Clearing the same for payment processing. 20. Management & supervision of company guest houses. 21. Management & supervision of the travel & hotel desk. , * 1. Graduate in Travel & Tourism. 2. Min 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in planning & executing events / in the hospitality industry executing groups. 3. In-depth knowledge of travel industry (Domestic). 4. Food critic & lover, well experienced in setting menus of private / group events. 5. Good negotiation skills & validating comparison of quotes. 6. Well experienced in designing event flow & itinerary of an event in the domestic space. 7. High level Target oriented, ensuring events / trips are closed / executed well within the set budgets. 8. Sharp eye for quality planning, execution of events & trips in the Domestic space. 9. Good Multitasking skills. 10. Good Computer skills. Min working knowledge on MS word, Excel & PPT. 11. Good vendor development & Managerial skills.
