  • VP for Global Reconciliation Services, based in Pune
  • An RTB role ensures processing is of the highest standard, whilst meeting agreed SLAs, and being mindful of risk, efficiency, budget and personal conduct.
  • Ensure quality T0 and T+1 and EOD controls and transactional support to meet the demands of the business, clients and regulators across APAC jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate effectively with regional and global asset class leads to deliver on the GRS strategy, including but not limited to optimising Trade Controls and Lifecyle Management on Strategic platforms, driving standardisation of T0 EOD controls, supporting regulatory change and business growth and driving continuous improvement through initiatives such as Lean and Agile.
What will you be doing
  • Expert interpersonal and communications skills to influence the cross-functional groups/forums, the global matrix and external stakeholders. Primary point of contact for Business, global IBMO asset class leads, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Technology in the APAC region.
  • Understands the FO Business Strategy and is able to add-value at meetings and influence the outcome. Business partner to peer infrastructure and key contributor in working with these infrastructure teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Track record of successfully delivering an excellent level of service in a large-scale, matrix organization whilst mindful of cost control agenda.
  • Leads team of SMEs in India, supporting the regional businesses. Experienced functional leader committed to developing a culture of transparency, integrity and collaboration where all team members are motivated and inspired to deliver the required outcome, taking into account risk and process optimisation factors.
What we re looking for:
  • Substantial financial services experience.
  • Relevant experience in Investment Banking Operations, experience in Middle Office would be a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding and heavy emphasis on properly controlled risk and operating environment
  • Key technical expertise in the area of Middle Office and sound knowledge of operational front to back procedures that supports an IB Business
