Job Summary: Summary: This is an exciting time to join a transforming Talent Acquisition Team. A Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide support to our Global Talent Acquisition Team in a shared- services model. The position is key to the efficient operation and execution of recruiting strategy and solutions to meet company talent acquisition goals. We are seeking a customer- focused individual that enjoys a high production, high volume environment while maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy to identify potential risks or issues associated with a candidate s application or onboarding process and take corrective measures to mitigate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in HR or Talent Acquisition or applicable business administration experience and a desire to simplify streamline processes to increase speed, create better candidate, employee and manager experiences. Responsibilities: Opening job requisitions including posting job vacancies through our Applicant Tracking System Schedule interviews for candidates including complex calendar and travel arrangements Prepare reports and presentation materials for stakeholders Create new hire offer letters and ensures accuracy On- boarding employees once offer is accepted Maintain the on- boarding portal Conduct and adjudicates background check Works with internal legal counsel on background check adverse findings Opening and maintaining accuracy on purchase orders Manage ad hoc projects Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing Qualifications Number of Years of Work Experience: 0- 2 Required Skills: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong command of the English language (Written Verbal) Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Strong time management skills Strong critical thinking abilities Strong sense of urgency Preferred Skills: ATS experience is a plus Education: Bachelors Degree Preferred
