    Urgently Required For ---Sheet metal manufacturing companyDepartment-ProductionPost-Production EngineerExperience- 1 To 4 yrsSalary-20000/40000Qualification- DME/BE MechanicalNo of Position-2On Roll JobJob Location- Sanaswadi MIDCInterview Time- 10 To 4Date 24 to 27 novbus canteen facilityEducation Specialisation Details Graduate BE Mechanical1) Give proper delivery date for the work order to PPC department on time and maintain delivery date2) Check in-process quality and PDI (Pre dispatch inspection) so that there will be no quality complaints.3) Consume all RED tags items, paper roll counters, balance papers, rejected paper time to time4) Machine maintenance(monthly / weekly / quarterly) should be done and record should be maintained5) Floor should be cleaned, neat and proper labeling should be done in each department for FG/in- process material6) Rejection report with parts/million (PPM) SHEET.7) First part approval for all stages should be maintained in file (like, printing, rs4 , punching , rotary and stitching).8) Actual consumption of material vs calculative consumption report9) No Machine should be broken down more than 1 hour (co-ordination with all supplier and get the job of machine etc) all machine related maintenance should be done immediately.10) Co-ordinate with purchase and dispatch department for material required and material to be11) dispatched on urgent basis12) Give purchase requirement (PR) to purchase department and following up the same.13) Check all production report (book) made by corrugation contractor14) Proper manpower planning, no excess man power should be planned and should get work done with target bases, if require change manpower or debit the same. (Also planning for manpower when load is more, do overtime call on Saturday etc production should not hamper.)15) Any other work given by plant head.NO ANY REGISTRATION FEESContact-Miss.
