    • Responsible for direct material/BOM items availability as per production schedule and no line loss by maintaining inventory level , suppliers management , material management
    • Responsible for indirect material procurement within lead time taking effective cost saving measures
    • Obtain monthly raw material plan from PPC, prepare supplier wise schedule
    • Update part schedule in SAP
    • Prepare and monitor day wise inward plan based on shop floor consumption
    • Escalating issues related to vendors capacity enhancement to SCM team
    • Resolve supplier related issues like GRN details , payments and packaging
    • Maintaining material inventory and safety stock level as per agreement at supplier level
    • Attend daily PPC meeting to discuss todays and tomorrows coverage
    • Daily follow up with suppliers for delivery schedule
    • Taking follow up with vendors for clearing inventory
    • Coordinating vendor stock ageing by analyzing ageing report
    • Generating critical part status MIS
    • Participate in system audit at supplier end
    • Monthly MIS & PPT presentation
