Job Description

    Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelors Degree Travel Percentage : 0% About the team This role is a part of our Application Support Team.Job Location: Pune.Shift : 24/7 Windows & Citrix - Application Support Engineer :: 3 to 5 Years :: 24/7 :: Aundh, Pune. What you will be doing * As a AMS support engineer you will do FIS application s administration and monitoring to ensure applications are online and operating within expectations.* Problem solving and Root Cause Analysis review, documentation, and reporting.* Work with multiple teams including Development teams, Other Technology teams to optimize customer experience.* Share new ideas for Continuous Improvement projects What you bring:
    • 3+ years of proven experience in a L1/L2 application support role in Windows Server OS family & Citrix
    • Hands on experience in application deployment and patching
    • Experience sftp administration and fault finding
    • Worked on configuring and managing monitoring requirements of the application in scope
    • Sound understanding of SMTP configuration
    • Knowledge of SQL server configuration
    Basic Cloud knowledge
    • Ready to work in flexible rotating shifts.
    • Basic knowledge of Windows Batch File Scripting, VB scripting, TCP/IP concepts
    • Experience with ticketing tool (such as Remedy, ServiceNow) around incident management
    • Knowledge of File Encryption technologies (PGP, etc), certificate authentication
    • Basic SMTP understanding
