Job Description

Zonal Sales Manager ZONAL SALES MANAGER Activities Zonal Planning: Preparing Zonal business plans and prioritization for all products. Meeting business objectives and sales targets for the Zone. Identifying new markets, areas of potential business growth within the zone. Aiding Regional Sales Managers for team building and monitoring for the Zone. Monitoring and analysing reports, performance, activities of team members in the zone. Analyzing market, competition, distributor coverage and market penetration in the zone. Prioritization and execution of company presence in scientific conference and events in the zone. Ensuring KOL relationship development across product lines. Profile Graduates/ Post Graduates with man management/ dealer management skills, Good communication, Experience in Medical device Industry, especially orthopaedic implants and instruments would be an added advantage.
