Job Description

Client is an Indian multinational into Educational Technology This job is also for the following locations in Karnataka State.Ramnagara,Hoskote,Dharwand,Tumkur,Davangare,Gadag,Kodagu,Belgaum,Udipi,Gulbarga,Chikkaballapur,Kolar,Chickmagalur,Krishnagiri,Bagalkot,Uttar Kannada, Bellary, Dakshina Kannada, Chitradurga ,Bidar, Mandya, , Bijapur, Haveri, Goa, Chamrajnagar.Responsibilities:

  • The Selected Candidates will begin in an individual contributors role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Clients way of Learning in your city.
  • As a BDA they will be required to assist students and parents in their region that have downloaded the Clients application using a consultative selling approach.
  • They would be showcasing the unique Clients way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in their designated zone.
Requirements:
  • Good Interpersonal Communication skills. (Face to face and Telephonic conversations)
  • Sales Drive and resilience.
  • Experience in consultative selling.
  • Should be target driven and achievement oriented.
  • Has the maturity and gravitas to counsel a parent for their childs future.
  • Age: 26yrs (not more than 26)
Qualifications:
  • Graduation/ post graduation (MBA preferred 2020 or earlier passed out), pursuing candidates are preferred only if they are able to attend online exams.
  • 10th Grade criteria is greater than 50% (>50)
  • Working Gap should not be more than 6 months after any job
  • Not more than 24 months of work experience after Masters.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as Feet On Street in Sales for Banking, Finance,
FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Digital Apps, Consumer Durable, Ed-Tech & Telecom sectorsMandatory Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi (regional languages), and good communication skillsCTC Offered: Current WFH (5L fixed + 2L Direct Sales Allowances incase of field visit and as per company norms + 3L target based incentives)Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday. (2 days week-off)
