Key Accountabilities:: Development ofAPC(AgencyPartnerChannel)in the assigned territory. Identify and recruitment ofBMPs,MPs,and APs and through them, recruitment and development ofDistributors (Leaders) and advisors. Liaison with the various functional teams, department heads toensure smoothoperationsacrosslocations. Formulation of business strategies&setup of processonvariousbusinesslevers. Responsible forprofitabilityLocation: Delhi - CP, Delhi - Janakpuri, Haryana - Faridabad, Chattisgarh - Raipur, Chattisgarh - Bilaspur.Desired Experience: 10 to 15 yrs (currently working as a team leader)Desired Skills: Experience in working in the Agency channel and/orIMF (Insurance Marketing Firms) channel.Note: People currently located at the job locations mentioned above would be given preference.
