Job Description

Salesforce Lead / Architect ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Candidate should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications
  • Over 7 years of IT experience with about 4 years of experience in the CRM Platform both as Administrator and Developer
  • Experienced working with Salesforce.com service cloud as well as Sales cloud and Customer community.
  • Good knowledge on Apex development in creating Objects Triggers Apex Classes Standard Controllers Custom Controllers and Controller Extensions
  • Experienced in building Custom Applications that includes administration configuration implementing and support experience with Salesforce.com platform
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks like Creating Roles Profiles Users Email Services Page Layouts Workflow Alerts Actions Reports and Approval Processes
  • Sound knowledge on Salesforce setup menu Configuration Custom Application Development Administration Data Migration and Deployment of applications to Force.com platform
  • Developed Lightning components and Custom Objects using Apex Programming on Force.com Platform
  • Good to have exposure on Einstein analytics.
  • Developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Detect, analyse, resolve root cause of application issues
  • Exposure in rest API integrations
EDUCATION
  • Education: B.E. (CS/ IT or related discipline) / BCA / MCA
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (Salesforce)
  • Pune (Maharashtra) India / Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
  • Willing to travel on short-term and long-term to onsite locations
CUSTOMER INTERACTION EXPERIENCE
  • Experience of working with US/ UK clients, onsite/offshore model
