Job Description

1. Convert inquiries into sales by Calling and answering inbound telephone calls. 2. Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment , automatic dialing systems , and other. Telecommunications technologies. 3. Receive calls from stake holders and register / record the requirements in Electronics Devices by responding professionally and politely. Channelize the same into desired departments for further process and close the complaint by taking Fallow ups. 4. Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information. 5. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs. 6. Maintains database by entering , verifying , and backing up data. 7. Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturers instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs. 8. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. 9. Answering questions about products or the company. 10. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. 11. Take and process orders in an accurate manner. 12. Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation.,
