Key duties and responsibilities would be to understand the complete lifecycle of a real estate project from a delivery perspective, interdependencies in project execution, preparing the Base line schedules in accordance with program for site based activities in coordination with the team, monitoring the progress of work against the schedule, developing systems and processes of accurate and appropriate reporting of the project progress to the management and solving the issues proactively by coordinating with all other departments for mobilization of resources.Candidates should be extremely bright should have strong understanding of real estate project delivery lifecycle across real estate asset classes & Project scheduling and tracking through Primavera & MSP.,
