Job Description

1. New Business development by increasing sales / Develop Distributor Channel in the assigned territory. Responsible to generate leads by identifying potential retailers and distributors and clients of assigned Territory.2. Handling Channel Sales and distribution of products.3. Helping to develop new product development with customer feedback or making a sample survey.4. New Product launch and its brand promotion and its marketing.5. Conducting market survey to analyze customers needs and product preference.6. Visiting new Vendors as per requirement basis and ensuring timely order collection and order delivery.7. Communicate the orders towards the Distributer , Clients & Confirm the Timely Order Delivery.8. Achieving monthly sales targets.9. Achieving brand loyalty by developing customer relation.10. Actively Participate in promotional activities in order to create brand awareness.11. Reporting the seniors in the prescribed company format and within timelines.12. Compiling Daily Basis Report & report to the immediate superior on daily basis.13. Generating revenue and acquiring customers.14. Achieve the monthly and quarterly & yearly targets assigned by management.15. Maintain the YTD (Year to Date) sales Percentages of minimum 30 Growth.16. Cover the uncovered territory.17. New Distributor start and channel finalize.,
