Job Description

• This would be a Farming role to converting the existing Plutus Merchants to aggregator Model + other VAS Products.
• Role would be a semi Inside Sales and frequent merchant visits for conversion.
• Conduct Emi training with store staff and store Managers.
• Regular visits to the market to maintain a good relationship with the stake holders.
• Drive EMI Volumes out of the portfolio assigned.
• Achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct market analysis and communicate the competitors marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers and share with internal teams.
• Provide adequate service standards to the merchants.
