Qualifications and Skills Needed: minimum Formal Education, Experience, and Training: Be Mechanical with 5 to 10 Years of Experience in the Field of Heavy Structural Fabrication. Mba with Production Will Be An Added Advantage. Minimum of 5 Years of Production Management Experience. Strong Working Knowledge of Various Kind of Metal Fabrication Processes / Jobs, Cnc Cutting, Machining, Forming, Various Materials and Welding Processes, Painting and Site Erections is Required.preferred Education, Experience and Training: Computer-literacy with Extensive Software Proficiency Covering a Wide Variety of Applications, Autocad, Basic Mrp, Computer Planning Systems Knowledge and Experience And/or Training in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen / Continuous Improvement is Preferred.have An Associates or Be / Diploma Degree in a Mechanical Field.have a Minimum 8 - 10 Years Construction, Inspection and Commissioning Experience with Heavy Structural Industry or Heavy Structural Projects.have Strong Working Knowledge of Heavy Structural Engineering Contracts, Contractor Inspection Procedures and Erection Work Sequences for Heavy Structure and Colums. have Working Knowledge of Codes & Standards such as Asme, Api, Oshas, is and Aws Inspection Procedures.have Experience Utilizing Ms Project for Project Scheduling (preferred).need to Be Experience in Manpower Handling & Shop Floor Management.should Be Capable of Handling 50- 70 Manpower in a Shift.should have Knowledge of Welding Process & Parameters.should have Knowledge of Fabrication Standards Iso & Aws.should Be Capable of Working in Extended Hours if Required. should have Knowledge of Manpower & Resource Planning.should have Problem Solving Abilities.should Maintain 5s & Safety At Work Place.cad Knowledge Will Be Preferred.at Least 4 to 5 Years of Experience in Heavy Fabrication.
