Job Description

1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules , filing important documents and communicating relevant information daily.2. Maintain Daily Attendance report of sales team by cross checking of DSR and GPRS tracking system or by cross checking of visits by telephonic call.3. Communicate the Domestic Inquiries to the respective Personals of different Locations (Vendors or Staff of Senso).4. Collect Daily DSR (Daily Sales Report) from individual sales person and compile in Excel or software and sent it to the immediate superior.5. Cross verify the sales person by the use of DSR or GPRS tracking System.6. Individual sales person s performance report prepares.7. Every day collect the product wise sales order details from the individual sales person / territory In - charge and compile the same. As well as ensure timely delivery of products.8. Prepare and maintain the list of All distributors , Sub distributors and direct customers. As well as update the file by adding and deleting the details.9. Analyse the sales report and generate the lead.10. Ensure the adequacy of sales - related equipment or material11. Prepare & Maintain of Daily MIS and Report Sent on Daily , weekly & Monthly Basis to Management.12. Respond to complaints from customers , Distributers and give after - sales support when requested in calm & Friendly Manner.13. Maintaining and up gradation of online Portal & web Portal. Maintain document control of transpacific sales portal page content.14. Handling of Online Marketing and ensure the timely Delivery of Products.,
