Job Description

Urgent opening- Electronic SalesJob Role description -Plan, direct or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of product and its service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, sub-dealers, goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. Drive the sales force for achieving monthly retail targets.

  1. Distribute and ensure achievement of the overall sales target amongst his team members across all sales territories.
  2. Check, Guide and motivate all Sales managers and Sales Force for customer interaction and if required jointly close the deal.
  3. Influencing the co-dealer to purchase different models of vehicles on the base of geographical potential and on historical trends.
  4. Conduct a diagnostic Inquiry allocation study and reveal the co dealer to educate him on inquiry losses, potential areas, closing ratio etc. to help increase the sales of the network apart from this educate for digital marketing.
  5. Establish good contacts with the various other bodies in quick resolution of the technical issues faced by the customer
  6. Provide proper guidance to all sales force to handle digital & telephonic enquiry.
  7. Ensure participation of all DSE for schedule training provide by Suzuki
  8. Timely communication of incentive schemes for Sales Force and ensure they achieve incentives to maintain higher levels of motivation
  9. Monitor, and take corrective actions on all sales trend reports
  10. Coordinate with Finance Manager to ensure to ensure quick sanction of loans at attractive rates from various financers whenever required.
  11. Any other local activities jointly done with other agencies / organization (banks), to push sales in urban / rural / semi-urban areas.
  12. Ensure all DSE should follow their own JD.
