Roles and Responsibilities1) Job Purpose:To acquire, develop and grow the Wealth management business opportunity through independent businesspartners, leading to a scalable, sustainable and profitable business. Utilization of smart products acrossInvestments, Insurance (group platform), lending solutions and relevant, viable technology services is the keyenabler.Desired Candidate ProfileFinancial inclusion across the retail strata of the Indian population is a social need of this country in the currenttimes. Scalability in this objective, for ABW, can only be achieved vide a model where fixed cost is curtailed tothe highest extent possible. Reaching the end customer through independent Business Partners working on avariable remuneration model only, across the length and breadth of the country is one such opportunity.Making use of various products like mutual funds, Insurance (group platform), loan products like PersonalLoans, Home Loans, Education Loans, 2-wheeler loans, etc. and leveraging technology services to create a modelthat improves the earning capacity for the business partner, improved engagement between the firm & the BPand their clients as well as make way for a sustainable and annuity-like revenue model for the BPG businessare the key tenets.The Business Partner Group is responsible for creating a robust channel network among such partners &increasing market penetration through them. This includes identifying potential business partners who haveaccess to a sizeable number of customers in the retail base and onboarding them to then distribute financialproducts through this channel.The incumbent is expected to acquire business partners, provide them with necessary trainings to help themunderstand financial products / online platform andthen drive sales volume through them.An important goal forthe RM is also to ensure the retention of the existing businesspartner. All these goals can only be achieved bysignificant amount of engagement with the BP to ensure that the latter perfects the art of RelationshipManagement with his / her clients and works with a focus on all aspects of a clients needs liability as well asasset products. Every customer, during his / her lifecycle, has a need for multiple products. Making sure that theBP is well aware on scoping such needs as well as offering the same through us is the need of this business.Another key area of focus is the Worksite business. The key role of the Relationship Manager will be to achievethe sales targets & increase the customer base by conducting consistent worksites client acquisitions,,
