Nature of Job: Enforce discipline, compliance and integrity in manufacturing operation. Monitor and control business performance parameter with respect to operations Ensure seamless collaboration of various functions/departments within and outside the operation to accomplish desired deliverables. Conduct governance meeting to address bottlenecks and ensure timely decision from respective managers. Provide performance and value related inputs of employees to Performance Enabling Managers.
