  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and various outbound methods, such as, cold calls, emails, networking, social media, webinars, events, conferences, etc.
  • Team with referral partners / influencers to build pipeline and close deals
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, Research accounts, identify prospects, generate interest and thereby generate leads
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects (sales funnel) & Clients within yourassigned territory
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Set up meetings, identify pain points & evaluate needs, perform cost-benefit & needs analysis and suggest appropriate products/services to the existing and prospective customers
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations & effective online demos on products and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
  • Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Academic Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in any field
  • Masters degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Sales, Marketing or relevant field
Experience Requirement2-3 years of experience in sales with 1+ year experience as a sales executive is preferredCompetency
  • Familiarity with BRM & CRM Practices, Hands-on experience of CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to understand clients needs and business processes
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, presentation and pipeline management skills
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Familiarity with different sales & marketing techniques
