Job Description

    - Lead the P&L responsibility for the corporate business in a specific geography encompassing acquisition, wallet share increase and retention of both demand/supply along with managing the fulfilment operations- Hunting for prospective demand opportunities in the respective geography- Deliver on the committed service levels to the customers and manage excellent working relationship with the customer warehouse teams focused on increasing the wallet share from the existing customers- Plan the supply partner network breadth on volume and truck type mix aligned with the business expansion plans focused on getting the best possible freight rates for BlackBuck- Manage and troubleshoot day to day key fulfilment metrics through the team - Placement for various contracted lanes, process adherence, customer updates and driving the quality metrics on various operational work processes- Resolve customer escalations on both the sides of the market place for shippers and supply partners and ensuring smooth operations- Collaborating with the product & technology teams with inputs in development, launches and driving adoption of new product features - Building, mentoring and managing a team of high performing Area business managers/lead, procurement and fulfilment associates present across the assigned geography,
