Strong in Relationship and Channel Management. Managing bank branches for Life Insurance generate business from them. Managing a team Associates , Agents and Advisors of life insurance company ltd. Coordinating with Cluster Head for the Life insurance business. Maintain daily branch wise MIS of Life Insurance. To increase the business designing various types of contest for the branches. Setting goals and monitoring Channels performance. Field orientation and Demonstration (FOD). Enhancing customer satisfaction metrics by monitoring customers complaints and thereby suggesting solutions to them. Achieving Sales targets ensuring profitability of the team Candidate Expectation: Minimum 2 years of Sales experience , preferably from Banking , Insurance or any Financial Services industry. Should have experience in driving sales through different channels.
