Job Description

Responsibilities Head the finance function, which will involve determining financial objectives. Implement systems, policies, and procedures to facilitate internal financial control. Formulating business plans/ strategizing for maximizing profitability & revenue generation. Minimizing working capital & realizing organizational goals. Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz., Balance sheet, P& L and Annual reports. Responsible for monthly MIS, Cash flow, Budgeting & variance analysis. Review and overhaul accounting practices/processes of the company, increase automation and shorten reporting timelines. Constantly upgrade the quality of the companys accounting manual. Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies. Ensuring Compliance with Regulatory requirements of GST/Income Tax and other Government Departments.
