This job plays an important role of reaching out to prospective clients who want to start new dairy farms or those who have problems in their existing dairy farms. The purpose is aligned with the overall goal of the company which is to improve the income of dairy farmers by helping them implement scientific management practices in their farms.1. Your job as a Sales Executive is to identify sales leads, pitch our online courses and digital services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts2. Conducting in-dept market assessment and understanding client requirements3. Educating prospective customers about importance of scientific management practices4. Presenting concepts and products to groups of farmers5. Converting leads into sales as per targets of the company6. Any other responsibility related to field sales & business development IdealCandidate Profile Graduate, preferably in agriculture, animal husbandry or veterinary sciences. Minimum experience of 2-3 years in selling products in the feed or pharma industry required. Proficient in Marathi language and having excellent communication skills. An indepth understanding of the problems faced by dairy farms is a necessity. More than a formal qualification, a positive attitude and plenty of initiative to achieve sales targets is expected.
