Position : Resident Manager/Sr.Sales OfficerDepartment : SalesQualification: GraduateSalary : upto 3.6 LPALocation : Bagalkot, Chandapura, Athani* Knowledge of DSA* Experience in HL/LAP* Candidates should be from local market and conversant in local language.* Prior experience of 3-7 years of HL/Mortgage Sales in BFSI/NBFC* Prior team handling experience is highly recommendedNetwork and building relationship with existing and new customers to drive allocated sales target.Sourcing the HL & Mortgages(LAP) cases, coordinating with Builders, CAs & our branches & through Business Associate / DSA/DST .Coordinate with Credit, Technical & Legal team to solve queries for login, sanctioning & Disbursement.To be updated and adhere to Compliance & Policy governance.Working as a team in co-ordinations with Credit policy & operations for better functioning of the system.Identify the opportunities to use the clients to get new leads & customers through pyramid marketing to sell to their customers for mutual benefits for better functioning of the systemShould have Knowledge of local market /area and market competition.
