Job Description

    Designation: Android DeveloperPosition: 08Experience: 1 year or fresher also canSalary for fresher: 10 to 14,000/- p.mSalary for experience: 22 to 25,000/-Skills Required For Android Developer:-Typical day-to-day duties and in-demand skill sets for mobile applicationdevelopers include:Must have Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such asJava, C and C++.Good knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how todeal with different screen.Having Good knowledge of Android Studio.Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends,and emerging technologies.Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.Candidate should be self motivated.Self Confident and Enthusiastic.Selection Precess:-1.First round of Interview MCQ Written test (based on Syllabus & basic Aptitude) 1 hr.2. Second round of Interview HR and Technical Interview.3.Third round of interview Practical interview based on candidates interestedtechnology.Remuneration and terms:-1. Company provides joining letter and agreement with terms here at timeof joining of Candidate.2. Candidate will be given Salary Based on his/her Skills and Experience.3.Company will hold RETAIN EMPLOYMENT FUND of Rs 5000/month forfirst 3 month of employment from employee salary for Security Bond.4. This is only for security purpose that ensures that candidate join fortraining on date given in offer letter, we will not clear checks to banks.5. Contract/agreement will be made combined with job of 1 year period.6.RETAIN EMPLAYMENT FUND will be released to employee by monthly bases aftercompletion of one year of employment.7. Increment will be given after one year of job completed.8. Company provide 12 paid leaves per year.9. Working days Monday to Friday and Saturday half Day.10. TimingMonday-Friday : 9:00 AMto 6:00 PM, 45 minutes launch, 15Min Tea breakSaturday: 9:00 AMto 1:00 PM,
