Good at written communication in English Desired Skills: . Approaching the bank s ROs and branches to find out the vacant locations of the BCs. Convincing the Br Managers to avail the services of our BC for the branch. Mobilizing the candidates / entities for engaging them as a BC and collect KYC dox Follow up with the BC, Branch and RO to obtain the KO code and strengthen Company s network of BCs Monitor the performance of the BC and exhort them to improve the performance Give the BCs the product knowledge by conducting cluster based meeting Attend the meeting convened by the Bank On site inspection of the location of the BC Point to ensure that the BC follows the Bank s norms Co - ordinate with the FI Supervisor of the bank for taking remedial actions to comply with the Bank s rules Keep an eye on what our competitors are doing and apprise the top mgt for suitable pre - emptive actions to protect the interest of the Company To interact with a few customers in operational area of BCs on random basis to verify whether the BCs deals with them as per the bank s norms or not.
