Core PHP Developer We are currently seeking a full- time, on- site PHP programmer to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. Duties would primarily consist of developing new projects built using PHP- based frameworks/ platforms, writing custom code, and architecting new solutions for prospective clients. Applicants will be expected to provide examples of work, if available, and may be asked to complete a coding challenge. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1+ years PHP web development experience Expert with PHP object- oriented programming MVC applications Competent with SQL- based database concepts Familiarity with automated deployment strategies Solutions- oriented thinking; always looking for the smart solution to a problem rather than jumping at the first answer A preoccupation with staying on top of industry trends and technologies PROVEN SKILLS TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Expert analytical and problem solving skills Experience with a variety of platforms frameworks such as: Zend Framework, Symfony, Laravel, Drupal, and Magento Competent knowledge of Linux- based systems administration Competent in authoring JavaScript and using libraries such as jQuery Competent in web services integrations (REST/ SOAP) Familiarity with various testing methodologies A desire to be personally responsible for production- level code Ingenuity to leverage all available tools at your disposal Comfort working with Linux- based systems BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with other languages such as Go, Python, or Ruby EExperience with a variety of database platforms like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc. is a huge plus Experience with caching and scaling techniques Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS/ LESS Experience with Zurb Foundation Contributions to the open- source community,
